Herbert studied at Makerere University and went on to a 30-year career at Uganda's Central Bank, most of it in Public Relations. He has been a Rotarian for 36 years. He enjoys meeting people, conversation, and making guests feel comfortable — and if you enjoy an early start, you may find yourself joining him for a morning walk.

It sits between the two, so you're not choosing one over the other: about 30 minutes to Kampala and about 30 minutes to Entebbe, traffic permitting.
